Foshan Chang Chen Precision Mould Co., Ltd., founded in 2017 in Ronggui, Foshan, specializes in the design and manufacture of blow moulds. We mainly produce HDPE, PP and PET hollow blow moulded containers, including daily chemical bottles, food packaging bottles, oil bottles, cosmetic bottles and chemical jerrycans. Custom logo and text engraving on bottle bodies is available. Our single-cavity and multi-cavity moulds are compatible with various extrusion blow moulding machines, with stable quality and controllable lead times.
Besides blow bottle moulds, we provide custom container shape design for different materials and styles. We develop bespoke solutions to tackle packaging challenges at the design stage, such as formulation compatibility risks, structural weakness, manufacturability problems and testing optimization.
